Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Royal Choice Store website and your purchase of products from Royal Choice Jewelry Atelier. By accessing the service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service or place an order.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract, or use the service with a parent or lawful guardian.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security attacks, or material violation of these terms.
Products and descriptions
We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colours, materials, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, handmade variation, manufacturing batches, and photography may cause reasonable differences in appearance.
Product availability and any cancellation or care restrictions shown on a product or during checkout form part of the purchase terms. Products must be used and cared for as instructed.
Pricing, tax, and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final payable amount are shown during checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing, tax, or listing error before fulfilment and will notify you if this affects an order.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. An order is not confirmed merely because a payment attempt was started. Confirmation depends on successful payment or acceptance of cash on delivery, stock availability, fraud checks, and our order acknowledgement.
Orders and cancellation by us
We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, delivery is not serviceable, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfilment would violate law. Where payment has been received for an order we cancel, an appropriate refund will be initiated.
We may apply reasonable quantity limits and may contact you to verify an order before dispatch.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public restrictions, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or other events outside reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete serviceable address and contact number. Review the package promptly after delivery and report material issues through the support process.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Eligibility, process, evidence requirements, refund method, and timing are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. That policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, probe security, introduce harmful code, scrape protected content, overload the service, or interfere with another user.
- Do not submit false orders, fraudulent payment claims, misleading reviews, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not reproduce or commercially exploit the storefront, brand assets, product content, software, or designs without written permission.
Intellectual property
The storefront software, layout, branding, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by Royal Choice Jewelry Atelier or used with permission. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service for personal shopping purposes.
Service availability and liability
We may update, interrupt, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our liability is not limited where limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including for fraud or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the seller's place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum, commission, or other remedy available to you under applicable law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, product, or operational changes. Updated terms apply from the date posted. Terms applicable to an accepted order will not be changed retrospectively except where required by law or agreed with you.
