Order cancellation
You may request cancellation from your Order History while an eligible order is marked as paid or processing. Some products may be identified as non-cancellable. Once an order has moved beyond the eligible stage, contact Royal Choice Jewelry Atelier promptly and we will review what assistance is possible.
A cancellation request is complete only after it is confirmed in your account. We may be unable to stop an order that has already been packed, handed to the courier, or delivered.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, email us at support@royalchoicestore.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where available.
We aim to acknowledge and review a complete request within 5 business days. We will assess the product condition, order records, delivery information, and any evidence provided. Where the claim is accepted, the available remedy may be a replacement, exchange, repair, store resolution, or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
Items that may not qualify
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, normal wear, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Personalised, altered, made-to-order, hygiene-sensitive, or explicitly non-returnable products, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Requests without sufficient order information or where the returned item does not match the item originally supplied.
Return approval and shipping
Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided. If a physical return is required, the item should be securely packed with its original accessories, certificates, tags, gifts, and packaging where reasonably possible.
Responsibility for return shipping and any applicable charge will be communicated when the request is reviewed. Approved claims involving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds for prepaid orders are initiated to the original payment method unless another method is specifically agreed with you. Cash-on-delivery orders may require verified bank or payment details before a refund can be issued.
We aim to initiate an approved refund within 5 business days after cancellation confirmation or completion of any required return inspection. After initiation, prepaid refunds ordinarily take approximately 3 to 4 business days to reflect, but the final timing is controlled by the bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment service. Shipping or service charges may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred, except where required by law or the order issue is attributable to us.
